Q. I have text copied from another website or a word document and when I paste it on the page I am editing, I am seeing formatting I do not want or cannot remove. What can I do?
A.
When copying from other sources, there is a strong possibility that you are also copying the formatting from that source. This is common with other web pages as well as things like word documents. To paste without including the formatting, there is a "Plain Text" paste option. Click on the icon that looks like a clipboard with the letter "T" on it to do this. Another option to use with already placed text is to highlight all the text you want to change and click the "Remove Format" icon that looks like the letter "A" with a "do-not-enter" sign.
