Some ISPs require you to use their mail settings for sending and receiving mail.
You will need to contact your ISP for those specific details, as they change often and vary depending on ISP.
If the following settings do not work initially, please check your password and email address in your domain control panel, then check with your ISP before contacting Mast.
For email accounts that you setup with us, you (unless specified otherwise by your ISP) should use the following connection details in your email program:
Change "domain.com" to your domain name
POP3 Host Address: mail.<yourdomain.com>
SMTP Host Address: mail.<yourdomain.com>
Username: The email address you are checking email for
Password: As specified in your control panel
